Xavier Jesuit Academy sixth graders toured Roger Bacon High School, exploring academics, extracurriculars, and an admissions philosophy rooted in character over test scores.

Ten Xavier Jesuit Academy (XJA) students competed in the Queen City Classic chess tournament in Cincinnati, Ohio, joining more than 500 students from across the region. The event was made possible through the support of the Cris Collinsworth Proscan Fund and the Chess in Schools Program.

XJA students were inspired by Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Tyrone Yates, who shared how a love of reading and determination shaped his remarkable journey from Cincinnati neighborhoods to the halls of public service.
